All Rommy & Co. products purchased from a retailer or received as a gift must be returned to the original place of purchase. All satisfaction guarantees stated on this website and product material does not cover alleged damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations to items purchased directly from Rommy & Co..

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless stated otherwise for certain products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Refunds (if applicable) -

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Domestic Shipping Policy -

Free Standard Shipping over $100

Free standard shipping within the United States is valid on all orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Customers must select the standard shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

- Shipment Processing Time -

Most orders placed before 3 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. 

- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates -

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. - Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking -

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


- International Shipping Policy -

We do not support international shipping directly from our website to countries outside of the the United States at this time.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
