RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please contact our customer service team at info@rommy.co directly if you have any questions regarding returns and/or replacements.

All products and parts purchased directly from Rommy & Co. include a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

All Rommy & Co. products purchased from a retailer or received as a gift must be returned to the original place of purchase. All satisfaction guarantees stated on this website and product material does not cover alleged damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations to items purchased directly from Rommy & Co..

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless stated otherwise for certain products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Refunds (if applicable) -

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rommy.co.

 

- Sale items (if applicable) -

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

- Exchanges (if applicable) -

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rommy.co.

SHIPPING POLICY AND INFO

- Domestic Shipping Policy -

Free Standard Shipping over $100

Free standard shipping within the United States is valid on all orders of $100 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Customers must select the standard shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

Free standard shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. For wholesale inquiries, please contact info@rommy.co


- Shipment Processing Time -

Most orders placed before 3 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. 


- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates -

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to COVID-19, packages may also be delayed. Please let us know if you haven't received your order when expected by contacting us at info@rommy.co.


- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking -

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

- International Shipping Policy -

We do not support international shipping directly from our website to countries outside of the the United States at this time.


- Rommy & Co. in South Korea -

If you’re located in South Korea, you can purchase our products through

www.rommy.co.kr.


- Rommy & Co. in Other Countries -

We also sell Rommy & Co. products on local Amazon marketplaces like Germany, France, UK, Spain, Australia and Japan. The seller of the Rommy & Co. product should be listed as Rommy & Co. LLC or Rommy & Co. Official.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
